Afterschool Information
The After-School Program is offered Monday – Thursday until 5:30 p.m. for K-5 students. The After-School Program will be held at East Side and students from Winans will be bussed over. Friday programming is available separately. All programs are low-cost and open to all students. Family events will provide community interaction and educational opportunities. Student-to-staff ratios are kept low to meet individual needs. Cooking Club, Robotics Club, and Gardening Club are a few of the special programs we run. See the information below on how to enroll.
LINKS Schedule
- LINKS takes place Monday - Thursday
- LINKS begins at the end of the school day (3:00 p.m.) and runs until 5:30 p.m.
- Fridays will be offered separately for additional fees.
- LINKS 2023-2024 begins on September 5, 2023, and ends on June 6, 2024.
- Schedules and fees are subject to change as the school day schedule changes!

$160.00/child for Monday-Thursday programming
$60.00/child Friday programming
*Additional siblings receive a 50% discount
- Children who qualify for Free and Reduced Lunch are eligible for scholarships to attend Monday-Thursday. You MUST apply by checking the box on the enrollment form.
- Fees are due at the beginning of each session.

Enrollment Information
Applications will be available to the public online on August 4th.
Priority will be given to:
You will be notified of your enrollment status within 10 days of applying beginning August 4, 2023.
Priority will be given to:
- Current LINKS families whose children have regular attendance are current in payment and in compliance with LINKS policies.
- Children who have attended regularly in the past.
- Children who will be attending multiple sessions.
- Children who are referred by school staff.
You will be notified of your enrollment status within 10 days of applying beginning August 4, 2023.
Refund/Cancellations
A 30 day notice is required for all refunds minus a $40.00 processing fee.
