Election and Voter Information 

General Information

 
Regular school elections take place on the first Tuesday after the first Monday in May. For comprehensive information on Montana school elections, consult the Montana School Election Handbook, available from the Montana Office of Public Instruction. Absentee ballot request forms are available upon request at the Park County Clerk and Recorder's Office, 414 East Callender Street Livingston, MT  59047 and at the Livingston School District Administration Office, 132 S. B Street, Livingston, MT. 59047.

​If you miss the regular registration deadline, you may still register for the election by showing up at the county election office by noon the day before election day. 
 

The Notices of Annual School Election and sample ballots for both the Livingston Elementary District and The High School District (Pine Creek) are included in the links below. Only those who reside within the Elementary District will Vote on the Elementary District Ballot. Only those who reside in the Pine Creek District will vote the High School District Ballot. 

 

Notice is hereby given by the undersigned Clerk of Livingston School District. School District No. 4 & 1, Park County, State of Montana that the following voting locations for the School Election held on the 3rd of May, 2022, are accessible in accordance with 13-3-207, MCA.

Board of Trustees

Livingston School Districts 4 &1 board members are elected by simple majority vote, and serve three-year terms. Packets, for those wishing to run as a trustee candidate, are available at the Livingston School District Office, 132 South B Street, Livingston, MT 59047 or can be requested via email to [email protected]
