Livingston Public Schools serve nutritious meals which meet the federal minimum meal pattern requirements. The meal pattern requirements provide the framework for nutritionally adequate school meals.  These guidelines call for moderation and avoidance of extremes in the diet.  We are required to plan meals that meet the national established caloric and nutritional standards over a period of a school week.
